Batman Hush brought me back into collecting comics monthly. Collected each and every variant and editions of this run. Definitely getting the omnibus with this beautiful cover! Can't wait!

Hand gestures are very important to push emotions. Garcia-Lopez is a living master of comics art.

A less talented artist would just probably put in headshots and close ups, and very sparse background.

Jose Garcia-Lopez gives a masterclass in storytelling in DC Nation#0! Look at how alive those office scenes are, with the right amount of detail to suggest the setting! How the camera moves around during conversation -- beautiful! No lazy layouts here.

Getting paid for my crayola habit. I taught myself to color digitally in the 90s in my small Philippines town. Hobbyist. No way to break into American comics. Never imagined I get to color comics to this day, especially for Big Two titles.

Comics is collaboration. That's what makes them simultaneously beautiful and maddening. But man, you GOTTA work with your team if you wanna be in this industry. If you think you're the solo star of the show, you're gonna have a bad time. Support each other!
